On October 9th of 2018, a meeting was held with the primary investigator of PERSIAN Birth Cohort, and managerial and executive members of Isfahan Birth Cohort. In this meeting,the primary investigator discussed the importance of cohort studies and their general procedure and methodology. She also elucidated proceeding efforts toward membership of PERSIAN Birth Cohort in Birth Cohort Consortium of Asia( BiCCA ). Additionally, the audience were debriefed regarding the general status of the Isfahan Birth Cohort, the number of participating individuals, number of newborns, and executive challenges of the project. At the end, managerial members presented their suggestions and ideas for other possible studies in the field of the cohort study.
